材料:
                                                                               
1.大深盤
2.白糖    半品脫(1品脫 = 473.176475 毫升)
3.水      半品脫
4.百香果  15顆
5.甜紅酒  (我不知Oliver用的是哪一種,不過我想是甜的紅酒即可,像他就表示只是想增加酒的香氣在裡頭!..我打算用玫瑰紅來試試)
                                                                               
作法:
                                                                               
1.事先冰凍深盤

2.半品脫的白糖跟半品脫的水, 煮成糖漿( 不用煮到變色,完全溶解即可) 放涼

3.取15顆百香果, 將果肉完全取出在一個大碗中, 用湯匙攪拌一下

4.把果肉倒進只有微溫的糖漿裡, 混合均勻

5.再加入一杯的甜紅酒, 同樣混合均勻

6.把一些百香果籽籽濾掉, 因為我們不希望一直咬到籽的口感. 如果你正喜歡, 也可以不用濾啦 (過濾的時候, 倒出一些在濾網中, 用湯匙不斷按壓旋轉)

7.處理好之後, 就可以放入預先冰好的深盤中拿去冰凍了.

8.冰了一小時後拿出來, 這時應該是軟軟半凝固的感覺, 取一支叉子用"掃"的方式攪打冰沙, 為的是把空氣打進去, 到時要吃口感會更綿密.

9.再冰回去, 吃完正餐, 就可以拿出來當甜點了.

ps.冰砂的名字是我自己取的啦 XD 因為百香果的英文就是passionfruit阿而且看他做好的成品顏色橘橘亮亮的真的很熱情的感覺耶!!
